| Descripción | School organising authorities can receive subsidies up to 60 % for works according to priority criteria defined by the law. A first sorting allows the Government to list the eligible projects. Then, the administration has to receive the individual requests and to address them. Once the competent minister has granted it, the administration supervises the public assets’ implementation and may grant instalments on the basis of the state of completion, prior to validating the balance on submission of the final account. The process was audited when the list of eligible projects was drawn up, when the payment was performed, and on how the administration follows it up, in terms of control planning and ongoing projects |
