| Descripción | This comprehensive audit -a financial, compliance and performance audit- was carried out at the initiative of the Spanish Court of Audit, having the following objectives: to verify that the annual accounts for 2016 and 2017 adequately represent the true and fair view of the financial and patrimonial situation and the results for the year; to verify the legality and regularity of transactions especially with regard to the organisation of work and training for the employment of inmates in penitentiary establishments; and to analyse the management procedures of the entity. In addition, the audit also verified compliance with the requirements regarding transparency and the regulations for the effective equality of women and men. |
