| Descripción | This comprehensive audit -a financial, compliance and performance audit- was carried out under the initiative of the Spanish Court of Audit having the main following objectives: to verify that the annual accounts for fiscal years 2016 and 2017 adequately represented the true and fair view of the financial and patrimonial situation, the results and the execution of the budget; to verify that the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the activities of the Board and its economic-financial management were duly followed; to evaluate the operations and management procedures established, in terms of their economic-financial rationality and their submission to the principles of good management. In addition, the audit verified compliance with the regulations for the effective equality of women and men and the requirements regarding transparency, access to public information and good governance. |
