News (Strategic Goal 1): Output of “Investigations” seminar published

In November 2018, the EUROSAI Project Group on the introduction of reactive and rapid audit reporting, led by the UK National Audit Office, held a seminar on “Investigations” with several SAIs that currently use, or are considering introducing, this way of reporting. Investigations report facts, but no audit opinion. They can therefore be produced more quickly, more cost-effectively and with just as much impact and influence as an SAI derives from its traditional audit and assurance products.
