| Comments | The subject of the audit is the actions taken by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry and the State Fund "Agriculture" to alleviate the administrative burden on farmers. The audit report provides an analysis and assessment of: planning of the activities for improvement of the administrative regulation and relief of the administrative burden; the internal organization and coordination established; monitoring and control over the implementation of the measures; the implementation of the measures for reduction of the administrative burden under the Law for support of the agricultural producers; changes in regulatory regimes and administrative services introduced to reduce administrative burden under special laws. Actions were taken, mainly in 2017 and 2018, to reduce the administrative burden on farmers, resulting in a tendency towards optimizing the regulatory regimes and the administrative services provided. Despite the efforts, some omissions have been made with regard to: refinement of procedures, reduction of documents for presentation and obtaining of information on the official route, provision of access to registers and information of primary data controllers; development of integrated information systems and electronic registers and the provision of administrative services electronically. |
