Human Resources Governance, Ethics and Diversity Management for SAIs
IDI invites SAIs from the EUROSAI region to share their experiences about practices, challenges and opportunities in human resources governance as a key driver of SAI performance and impact.
On 13th September 2022 ,IDI will hold an Open House for launching the IDI TOGETHER initiative with the aim to raise awareness on challenges and opportunities of SAIs in the areas of HR Governance and how this relates to SAIs overall performance and promote the Initiative as an opportunity for interested SAIs to work on those challenges.
TOGETHER Initiative will be offered to SAIs across all INTOSAI regions, from 2022 and starting with a pilot group of SAIs from EUROSAI, AFROSAI-E and ASOSAI. The initiative will be then rolled-out in 2023 to a larger group of SAIs, based on lessons learned from the pilot phase.
