| Description | This performance audit was carried out under the initiative of the Spanish Court of Audit (SCA), having the main following objectives: to analyse the degree of compliance with the principles of good management of public funds (effectiveness, efficiency and economy), both in general and focused in some specific management areas: planning, operations with the network of its investee companies, shopping centres, technical assistance, and good governance; to analyse the sale of the participation in the Mercasa IncatemaS.R.L. Consortium fundamentally from the perspective of its economic-financial rationality; and to verify compliance with the recommendations included in previous audit reports of the SCA. Likewise, the audit verified the observance with the regulations for the effective equality of women and men, and the legal requirements regarding transparency, access to public information and good governance, in everything that, in accordance with these regulations, could have been related to the object of the audit |
