‘Follow-up of the implementation of audit recommendations’ Best practices guide is available!

The SAIs of Belgium (leader), Germany, Lithuania, Spain and The Netherlands formed the project group ‘Follow-up of the implementation of audit recommendations’ under the umbrella of Strategic Goal 1 of the EUROSAI Strategic Plan 2017-2023. The objective of the project was to gather information through a survey about the various systems of follow-up of the implementation of audit recommendations by EUROSAI members.
A best practices guide of the project group has been issued and can be found in the EUROSAI database of products . The guide describes the results of the survey and derives several good practices on follow-up procedures from scientific research complemented by interesting case examples from the SAIs.
