| Beschreibung | The objective of the audit was to analyse the overall management of the Official Development Assistance (ODA) grants carried out by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation during 2016. Main conclusions: The contributions made by Spain in the form of Official Development Assistance (ODA) during 2016 (3,819 million euros) represented 0.27% of the gross national income recorded in that year. This percentage was lower than that established in the resolutions of the United Nations and in Agenda 2030; Some shortcomings were identified in the internal control systém; The Agency did not send all the relevant information required to the National Subsidies Database; Some deficiencies related to the granting and justification processes were detected; Some inefficiencies were observed in the analysis of effectiveness, efficiency and economy in the use of the resources allocated to these subsidies. |
