| Beschreibung | The main objectives of this comprehensive audit –a compliance, financial and performance audit-, carried out under the initiative of the Spanish Court of Audit (SCA), were the following: to verify whether the university's annual accounts for 2016 and 2017 adequately represented the true and fair view of its financial situation, the assets and the results for the year; to verify compliance with the legislation applicable to the economic-financial activity carried out by the university; to evaluate whether the management of public resources carried out complied with the principles of legality, efficiency and economy through the analysis of, among others, the areas of areas of personnel, teaching, research and public procurement; to verify observance of the regulations for effective equality of women and men as well as those corresponding to transparency, access to public information and good governance; and to follow up the recommendations made in previous years' audit reports drawn up by the SCA and in the parliamentary resolutions |
