| оПисания | This Statement, drawn up by the Spanish Court of Audit (SCA) by legal mandate of its Organic Law 2/1982, contains the opinion of the SCA on State General Account (SGA) rendered for the 2018 financial year. The SGA comprises those general accounts from the administrative public sector, the public enterprise sector and the foundational public sector, and is drafted by the General Comptroller of the State Administration (IGAE). The main objective of the examination and verification made by the SCA was to verify that the SCA for the financial year 2018 was prepared in accordance with the provisions of the budgetary and accounting regulations applicable to it (in particular in the public sector consolidation regulations), presenting faithfully, in all its significant aspects, the economic, financial and patrimonial situation, the changes in net worth, cash flows and the results of the financial year of the group of entities that are to be included in it, as well as the execution and settlement of the budget of the group, evaluating whether the information in the consolidated report contributed to the achievement of these objectives. |
