| Beschreibung | The main objective of this audit was to analyse the bodies and instrumental entities of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia that participated in the execution of external action policies during the years 2011 to 2017, as well as the evaluation of the resources allocated to these policies. Main limitations to the audit scope and conclusions: During the course of the audit there have been limitations on the Court's performance due to the lack of supporting documents for certain expenditure and the impossibility of auditing expenditure in delegations in 2011 and 2012; Some irregularities and deficiencies were detected in the planning, budgeting, management and execution of resources for external action; Some activities were carried out outside the purposes established by law or outside the competencies of the Catalan administration. |
