Welcome words of the President of EUROSAI

 Dear Colleagues,

I would like to warmly welcome all visitors to the website of EUROSAI. This site is run and updated by the EUROSAI General Secretariat (the Spanish Tribunal de Cuentas).

The latest EUROSAI Congress, which was held in Kraków in June 2008, entrusted the Governing Board with a task to prepare the EUROSAI Strategic Plan. The implementation of this task has become an obvious priority for my SAI’s presidency of the Board, as it will impact the functioning of EUROSAI in the near and also more distant future.

I would also like to invite all of you interested in the developments and reflections of VII EUROSAI Congress to the website run by the Polish NIK at www.eurosai2008.pl which includes all the materials and information archived with reference to all the sessions and results of the Congress, which was proudly hosted by my SAI.
